Oconomowoc Landscape Supply

Topsoil delivery was prompt, great soil and they were incredibly responsive when we ended up needing more last minute. They kept our project moving forward-thank you!

Great Company, Great Service, Great Product. I have been working on the beautification of my new property for the last two years and have used Oconomowoc Landscape Supply exclusively. They deliver on time, the drivers are very courteous and respectful of the property. Josiah has been in particular great to work with on giving me ideas and calculating the amount needed of a product and differences in the choices. Great job and highly recommend them.

In 2021 had a mix of pine and hemlock mulch delivered in spring. Went to plant additional landscape plants in July and found "jumping worms" in the mulch (every where the new order of mulch was placed). My wife and I found 3-5 worms in every hand full of mulch These jumping worms eggs lay dormant in spring and hatch in warmer months. These are bad worms and are invasive (check on google).

These jumping worms damage roots of plants, gardens, and forests. out beebulm plants were totally destroyed and died. Not sure where Oconomowoc Landscape obtains their mulch, but I would be leary on getting mulch here in the future. I've used Oconomowoc Landscape for soil, rock.etc. for 3-4 years, no problems. Their prices and delivery cost have been increased in the last 2 years. (I'm sure it's supply and demand, coivid didn't help either).

Staff has always been friendly and helpful. Please understand that is is a very "on demand" business and they can sometimes be overwhelmed. Please allow them time to help you.

Always bought from Oconomowoc landscape center and had good product and great service. Today was different. The person who helped me was not helpful at all. Patty couldn't be troubled to help me find what I was looking for and suggested if they had it, it would be out there somewhere. I had already looked and didn't find it. I was the only customer at the time. When will this employment shortage be over so employers can find good help and customers can be helped with what they want to buy from them.

Great people, great service, very happy with how quickly they delivered some landscaping stone and put it exactly where I asked on my driveway.

I have been looking for white stone for months and wasn't able to find it by the ton anywhere, but I ended up talking to Josiah who contacted a supplier and was able to get me a load of the most beautiful white rock that is exactly what I was looking for. He was so helpful and responsive throughout the entire process and such a quick turnaround (less than a week from my contact to their delivery). I am so happy with the service and product and would recommend them moving forward!

I was told was I was getting sifted, raised bed garden soil. I got nothing more than basic dirt with GLASS AND METAL still in it from the land that was dug out to build on. The dirt Oconomowoc Landscape is selling as garden soil has NOTHING to help a garden grow! and lots of junk you'd find from digging up from construction site. July and nothing is growing! Horrible soil! I would never recommend getting raised bed soil here!

This is the most outstanding landscape place. I got there on Friday at 5:05 pm they were closed but stayed to help me get some mulch. I got 1/2 yard of Highest Quality Mulch at a price less than the box stores. This mulch is the Boardwalk of mulches. I am noted to be extremely observant of places I spend my hard earned money and this place is one of the few that I have the Highest Respect for.

The value of Products and Service is second to none. Also the young men could have made it in the time machine when I grew up as they were helpful and glad to have a Customer. If you want the best Value for your money shop here.

Horrendous communication and no follow through. I had a $4k estimate for landscaping work to be done and two years later cannot get an answer back on even starting! Deserve not to have any business! I live in Oconomowoc and thought I would support local business but they don't deserve it. Very sad!

I ordered stone and top soil. The delivery person was kind and professional Oconomowoc landscaping charged me 80.00 dollars to deliver. The driver told me to call the next day for a refund and when I did the woman was rude and would not help me. If you need landscaping needs my advice is to go else where.

Great service! Answered the questions I had and they were even able to deliver the topsoil and supplies I ordered within hours - on a Saturday!

Great advice for the pear tree I got today. Very helpful with all my questions and I got a full size pickup load of wood chips for $45. The tree was a little more but it will look great in my backyard.

I had a very negative experience. I was trying to order 8 yards of dirt for a landscaping project and chose this company as they had a smaller truck that could deliver safely on an asphalt driveway. After paying up front, I asked for delivery at 9am on Thursday. The driver didn't show for over 45 minutes past the delivery time so I called and they assured me he was on his way. 30 minutes later, he still wasn't here.

I live about 25-30 minutes from the place so not sure what happened. I called and complained so we rescheduled for delivery in the afternoon at 4pm so I could run errands. At 530pm the driver still wasn't at my house. This was my first and last experience with the company. From what I can tell, there are several landscape supply companies in the area and they all have similar prices. Companies differentiate themselves by their service. This company failed for me.
