4 years ago we had our pool redone by a former Olmo Brothers employee written on Olmo Brothers letterhead. When the perimeter area tiles began to fail this year I contacted Gene Olmo. He was startled at the situation as much of the pool rehab scope of work was not done or not done properly. Gene graciously apologized and explained the circumstances with the former employee.
Within 2 weeks Gene had his pool crew out and properly repaired the tiles and beam --- A two day job with a crew of 5. I was extremely impressed with his honesty and quick response to correct the entire situation at no cost to us. Great job.

Once we saw stonework and the particular stone recommended for our project at Gene Olmo's own property, we were excited to have Olmo Bros. do our project. HOWEVER, our stone started and continued to turn orange/rustlike witnin 1-3 months. When it was addressed, we were told that it was "natural". An ORANGE patio with blistering/crackling sand was NOT what i saw at Mr. Olmo's property!. Unfortunately, we had to rip up our patio with another company. We would NEVER refer Olmo Bros.!
