Great customer service and extremely helpful and friendly. Good place if you need plants, soil, mulch and a variety of other things.

Great quality dirt and rock. Delivery went smooth and they took care not to mix products. I needed more than initially ordered and the effortlessly got me more the next day

I purchased a ~15' Willow Oak as a memorial tree. I had done my research and knew exactly what type of I wanted. Someone there showed me the options and helped me select the best one available. There was good communication about tree delivery. Marc and Timmy delivered the tree in a timely manner, helped site the planting location, dug the hole for the tree, and then gave me space and privacy to sprinkle ashes.

They took care to orient the tree best side forward before filling it in and mulching. I'm very appreciative of the kindness and sensitivity of everyone at Out of Eden to this special occasion. I'm very happy with the tree selection, customer service and installation. I recommend Out of Eden.

Most of their houseplants are dying or on their way to being dead. Against my better judgement I bought an Alocasia dragon tooth because it's on my wish list. Big mistake. Spent over 30 bucks on the plant and it died less than a week later. Super disappointed.

Our first Christmas tree in Tennessee and by far the best Christmas tree we've ever purchased. Beautiful selection of trees, friendly, helpful staff. We hope they sell them again next year because this place will become our new family tradition!

They have lots of well kept plants and great help finding what we needed!

Several years ago I bought a tiny blue spruce and put it into a half barrel. It was growing nicely until several weeks ago when it began dropping needles. Went to the store at out of eden and talked to Morgan. She didn't want to give a diagnosis without knowing more so she asked me to send pictures. I sent the pictures and she sent a email detailing treatment. Nice, knowledgeable and helpful. Went beyond what managers usually do.

We were very unimpressed by the final grading around a patio and lack of attention to detail before saying project was finished.

This place is awesome. Very knowledgeable staff they gave us great ideas about landing our front yard. They had excellent selection of plants and shrubs trees. Awesome place to plan your yard improvements. We will be going back for more help improving our yard soon

Didn't deliver the right amount of gravel the first time called and they sent someone to deliver more and it still wasn't the right amount. I Will not use their service again. was going to buy my flowers and stuff there this year but due to their lack of gravel delivery capabilities I will not be using their services or facility again. PLEASE DO NOY GET GRAVEL DELIVERED FROM HERE IT IS A RIP OFF AND TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Mr. Townsend I believe was his name emailed me said he'd make it right and did not. Thank you for this awful experience and the lack of gravel in my drive way.

1 star at best! My girlfriend and I went in April and she purchased a Coral Bark Japanese Maple tree. She purchased delivery and planting of tree and was told 3 weeks for delivery. Call before you dig came and marked yard within two weeks and then nothing. She called back and asked about it and they told her they could not give her a new date. before summer so she choose to wait until fall.

She has called a couple more times to check on the tree. I called today October 15, and was going to go get it and surprise her for her birthday. They told me they had sold it and she would have to wait on next shipment. Who sells something has already been sold. Not good business in my opinion.

We've worked with Out of Eden for a number of years, continually calling on Liz's expertise from a landscaping perspective and Brandon's knowledge in the Garden Center. After 5 years of doing at least one larger scale project annually, I continue to be amazed at the teams professionalism and knowledge. Liz ensures the work is done as outlined and is always very involved through each phase of the project.

I would recommend this company based simply on the knowledgeable, customer centric and professional staff they employ. We've never been disappointed when teaming with Out of Eden for our projects from the yard, to the porch, to inside the home around the holidays.

Had a very large backyard project done with Out of Eden. Very pleased with our dream that became reality thanks to 'dream team' Myles, Marc, and Eddie. I won't lie the project took way longer than expected due to all the rain this past winter and then COVID hit but when the work finally got done, we are very much enjoying our backyard retreat. It is THE best thing about staying home in 2020!

Outstanding job! We have had our front yard landscaped twice in the past 18 years by small landscape companies, both times we told them we wanted low maintenance, both times we ended up with cheap shrubs and bushes planted in places they weren't suited for. I wish we had gone to Out of Eden to begin with. Mike amazed us with his knowledge. He saw what we were struggling with before we said anything. Mike created a design that has taken our yard from hodgepodge to a showcase. His crew was awesome, friendly and hardworking. Everything was cleaned up before they left each day. We highly recommend Out of Eden!

Tree died two months after planted. Watered according to their recommendations and they would not give a replacement when I called about it.

Out of Eden landscape professionals did an outstanding job for me. I had them prepare a design for my new home and they worked with me throughout the process. Liz Goodman, Brian and Emmanuel worked hard before and during the installation. I have had numerous comments from neighbors on how great everything looks. These folks were professional and exceptionally friendly. Great job and highly recommended.

Very nice garden center -- beautifully arranged and loads of choices. Made several visits there last month to get various bushes/plants to update our home landscaping. the customer service was outstanding. Two women really stood out for their helpfulness and patience: Robin & Michelle. Both of them were very knowledgeable & knew the inventory -- they walked us all around & didn't rush us, made sure we found exactly what we were looking for. and they were both so nice & friendly! We will definitely be back.

My husband Chuck and I highly recommend Out of Eden Garden Center. Lex and his staff have offered us excellent customer service for the past two years. Out of Eden is our "go to" for our landscape and gardening needs. Their small engine repair dept. repaired a tiller for us as well.

Great service and so helpful. my favorite garden center. They make such helpful suggestions on all of my purchases. I also purchased some mulch which was delivered on time and as expected. Highly recommend.

I wish I had the option of ZERO stars! This company is a joke, taking on jobs and not following through. Absolute disregard for the client and customer service is non existent! Scheduling times and then no one showing up! I paid a deposit a month ago and they've yet to complete the job they told me would take 2-3 days. Now they're pulling out of the contract and leaving me with yard of just tilled up dirt! Completely unacceptable and unprofessional.
