Perfect Touch Landscape

Set an appointment over a week out for a patio and landscaping project estimate. The time came and went without anyone showing up and no phone call. Calling their number takes you to a generic voicemail with no indication that you are even calling a business.

Bryan's crew did a fantastic job building a 15ft x 24ft concrete patio for my son's backyard in west deptford. The price was very reasonable and done on time. Very good Company with exceptional service. Thank you Tom Gaskill

Reached out twice to get two different quotes (one for removing and replacing shrubs and another for a sprinkler system). In both cases, I was given an appointment day and time three weeks out. The first appointment for the shrubs removal comes, one of there employees show up and we discuss what I want done. I am told I will get a quote emailed to me in a few days.

After a couple of weeks, I reach out and am told someone else will come out. A few days after, I have two guys walking my yard without me present and recieve the quote later that day. To get a quote, it took 5 weeks. I then reach out for the sprinkler system. When the appointment comes, I get a phone call stating they will do a survey of my property online (due to covid-19) and we discuss what I am looking for.

I am told I will recieve the quote by the end of the week. Well it's been 3 weeks. No one has reached out again. The interesting thing is that they do work at my neighbor's house so they are always around yet they can't bother to give me a quote. Why would I hire you if you can't even get me a quote in a timely matter. I'm done with "perfect" touch.

Exceptionally unreliable. Justin came out to give us a quote; he assured me he'd come back with an estimate within a week. After at least 3 phone calls to the office, we still never heard back from him. It's been over a month. Thanks for wasting our time, Perfect Touch.

In July of 2019 I was driving near Riverwinds and one of their guys had a weed wacker that spit up a rock and it hit my driver's side window. I contacted them and asked them to fix it. Lisa got back to me and said they would send out a guy, but after I responded to her email providing addresses and times, she never responded. I emailed her 3 more times looking for a status of when their appraiser was going to come out and she never responded. My personal opinion is that this shows a lack of honesty and integrity.

Perfect Touch Landscape & Lawn went above and beyond to create my incredible backyard. They were super knowledgeable and completed the project on time. I would highly recommend them to any friends or family. I will definitely be using them again in the near future.

I had a paver patio installed by Perfect Touch Landscape and Irrigation. The patio turned out excellent! It was a pleasure working with the manger Kyle Lobb. He knows what he is doing and provided the best solution for drainage out of any of the companies that gave me quotes - plus a great price. The team that was at my house working were professional and went above and beyond to make me happy.

They even leveled out a section of my backyard and put grass seed down for no extra charge. I highly recommend this company and look forward to working with them again in the future.

Great service. My lawn was a disaster now it is starting to show signs of life again after getting on their Platinum Fertilizer program.

This company is poorly run. Lisa never picks up, (must be screening calls), and then under promises all deliverables. It's been weeks for a crew to come out to my property, and yet, NO one has come out. Excuses after Excuses. I finally gave up, and told them they are "Fired" basically. I don't know how they run a business like this with this type of customer service. Do not use this company, or you will regret it.

They do a great job on my lawn, I have used them for several years. I get tons of compliments on how nice my grass looks.
