Perfect Touch Landscapes

Perfect Touch has been providing lawn care for our home in Lynnwood for several years at this point. Their crew is professional, courteous, and flexible. We have a dog, and part of our agreement is to keep the lawn clean. We have occasionally lapsed in picking up after our pet. Their staff has always given us the chance to complete this task when they arrive rather than refuse service per our agreement.

As for the level of care that they provide for landscaping, it is always top-notch. While writing this, I am stuck wishing I knew more about lawn care to highlight the specifics. They complete edging, trim bushes & flowers, remove debris such as leaves and mow the lawn (of course). Their services are accomplished quickly (usually under an hour) without disrupting our day.

The short time frame lends itself to minimizing noise disruption for our neighbors. Their customer service is excellent as well. We have had no issues with billing or changing frequency in their services. I cannot recommend this company enough.

As an HOA who recently lost thier long time contractor we had to get bids from a number of providers. Perfect touch did a full walk through, established the areas to be covered, and also were very aware of the requirements that an HOA has for the surrounding areas. The first service was the initial clean up, and the first month service, and was excellent.

They went far beyond what i expected, ,a nd since the last service ended two months ago, they had extra work. It was done professionally, and the team was very responsive. i am pleased with our new service, and it is well worth the bid. i will note that we had the same service and rate for 12 years, and the new rate is only 10% higher.

I have been trying to avoid posting a negative review as the guys that came weekly were great. They were very considerate and made sure my gates were closed when they left. However I never knew when to expect them. I was not sent invoices after specifically asking. I was charged more than what was on the contract. After I cancelled service they continued to charge me.

I have not received a refund after several months and multiple assurances that my card would be credited. 9/12/19 follow up- Roy asked me to change my review. Still have not received refund. He called me during a work day to ask if he could send a check, 20 minutes later he emailed me saying he has been trying multiple times to get a hold of me and needs to hear from me to do the refund.

He however told me twice in the past three months that the refund was processed then blamed switching bookkeeping services on the mistake. Nothing but problems with billing for the entire year I stayed with them. I will not change my review, you should not ask someone to do that when the issue is not even resolved.

These guys do a really great job, I'd recommend them to anybody! They are efficient and put a lot of effort into their work, my property always looks amazing after they come! I was reluctant to get a landscaping service at first, but it's one of the best decisions I've made. My yard always looks great and I never have to worry about it. Highly recommend them!

I am so happy! I'd let my 2 acre lawn get out of control over the last month and they came out same day to give me a very competitive bid, were extremely professional and did just a beautiful job. even weed-eated areas I hadn't mentioned. I will be a repeat customer!

We have been using this company for 2 years. They are reliable and offer good service. Roy always takes time to speak to us. We didn't know anything about our plants or yard. And it was nice to be taken care of kindly.

We hired this company to do a clean up of our yard after years of being unable to keep up with it ourselves. I came home after work on the day of the clean up and just seeing the difference in our home and yard from that morning put a huge smile on my face. Perfect Touch surpassed all my expectations. The next day when I came home I smiled-wide again as soon as I pulled in the driveway because I had forgotten how amazing our property looked.

We were so ecstatic with the work that was done that we signed up for a maintenance plan so we don't have to bother to pretend like we would keep it up as well as Perfect Touch will. More time for us to do the things we love during the weekend - like just laying in the hammock with a book instead of getting out the mower. These guys did more in one day than I could have done in a year of weekends. I highly recommend Perfect Touch and couldn't be happier with our decision to hire them to handle our yard.

I can't say enough positive things about this company! I booked an appointment and wasn't expecting them for a week, but they were able to squeeze us in and get the job done early. Team was very professional and worked very efficiently so I feel like my money was very well spent. Our yard looks better than it ever has! The admin team was also a pleasure to work with while scheduling the appointment. Overall a great company that provides an exceptional service. Will definitely be using them again!

I called and spoke with Alex who said to send an email. He didn't seem like he wanted to hear anything over the phone. I thought that was fine because he might be pressed for time or on a job or something. He said he's have his "estimate guy" come take a look when I emailed my property address and get back to me with a quote. I sent in a detailed email and waited.

And waited. And waited. Almost three weeks have gone by and NOTHING! I would have been happy even if I simply got a response saying that my request was overcomplicated and we should meet to look at what I'd like to do. As a new homeowner I was extremely excited to start maintaining my home. Now I just have another chore in finding someone to do some really small yard maintenance!

I have had Alexander and his crew perform a spring clean-up for the last two years and I have been very satisfied. I have found Perfect Touch to be very prompt and very professional. Alexander has also followed up with phone calls after the work was performed to see if I was completely satisfied an if any areas any areas were not taken care of. I would recommend his work and I will use his services in the future.

I would never recommend Alexander and Perfect Touch Landscape & Lawn to anyone! He agreed that he could seed my yard for what I thought was a reasonable price during our first conversation. After he came out to do the actual estimate, I could tell that he didn't want to be upfront about what he felt the job would really cost, but I decided to go ahead and have him do the work anyway--big mistake.

His team did not remove any of the crab grass weeds before spreading the grass seed, and now my yard is full of weeds. It looked fine at first, but only because everything was covered up with topsoil! I have basically ended up spending nearly $700 dollars for topsoil, since the rest of the work they did turned out to be basically useless!

We are very happy with the service provided by Perfect Touch Landscaping. After our initial discussion over the phone on the requirements, Alexander came over to meet with us and do a site visit. We went over the budget, what kind of plants we want to be planted, what colors etc. He noted all the details and came up with a design for our back and front yards.

The design was perfect for what we were looking for. After signing the contract with him, Alex gave a time frame of when the work would be done. But to our surprise, the work was completed well ahead of schedule and in a very professional manner. Alex came over to supervise his men before the plantation was done and also followed up with us later on to see if the job was completed as per our satisfaction. It was a pleasure working with Alex and his team and we highly recommend Perfect Touch Landscaping to anyone who is looking for quality work and a great landscaper.

I did not realize how much outdoor lighting could affect my property appearance. After Perfect Touch Landscape installed 40 lights, I have received 3 compliments allready. After receiving 3 price quotes, Perfect Touch impressed me the most and quality of product they have shown me was the best. I would recomend this company.

I find them to be honest and reliable, they bring rare listening skills to the table. We have received not just what landscaper wanted to install, but what we wanted. I highly recommend this organization to anyone and can be a reference to anyone with questions.

My husband told me 3 times to quit touching new plants. Our front yard landscape turned out amazing. Plants buffed out street noize and added nice color and texture to our home. We will be doing business with perfect touch in back yard once some more cash is saved up.

I have never gotten more proffesional bids, invoices, better yet work. It has been a pleasure trusting my home in to your hands. Don't tell anyone my garage code. Thanks again I am really pleased.

Perfect Touch Landscaping has provided services for my residence for several years. Perfect Touch Landscapes initially completed upgrade and improvement of the numerous pants, bushes and trees, using their expertise in choosing plants, and placing them in our yard. As they matured over the past couple of years, our yard has turned into a wonderful summer experience, as we enjoy the many colors and changing pattern of flora, around our pool and cabana.

Perfect Touch Landcapes continues to maintain the yard, over the summer, and just "takes care of it" for us to enjoy.
