The outside of this nursery is beautiful, however I can't say much for the staff as I went inside and stood in the line of at least four other people and also watched two other customers meander aimlessly around the gift shop waiting for anyone to pay any mind to them or to help them. Finally an employee came in and took care of one of the customers while I made my way from the back of the gift shop towards the register he took off out the front door and I never got a chance to interact with him at all nor did the other customer who was behind me.
Both of us left pretty irritated. I got the impression that this is not out of the norm for this particular business as when I left a customer asked me if he was going to just be ignored like we were and he gave us a little chuckle and rolled his eyes.

Not sure of the guy's name but he was WONDERFUL. He brightened up my whole experience. Went there the day before a frost warning so everything was put inside. But still a variety of hardier plants out for view. The shop itself was beautiful, organized and quaint. Definitely felt like a fairy tale cottage. Will be back again soon!

I had been looking at many nurseries for some larger size Alberta spruce shrubs to replace 2 that I had. One of the employees, George helped me choose 2 of the many they had down back. He also loaded them in my SUV and recommended soil to add to plant them. There was a nice gift shop with lots of statues. It is a good thing I didn't have the time to browse or I could have spent more. Fortunate to have had this family owned nursery recommended by another nursery in Paxton. Will definitely be going back soon and in the spring. Great local spot with exceptional service.

We have bought our Christmas tree here the past several years, always great trees (even towards Christmas) and helpful staff. the store is really cute and has great gifts, christmas decorations and ornaments. Also they have free hot apple cider and popcorn. great place for Christmas shopping and Christmas trees.
