Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness No call, no show for an appointment. And no response to my call back on what happened. Over two weeks from the scheduled appointment and no contact from them at all. Seems like I am getting that from many contractors these days.

Over 2 weeks ago, I spoke with someone at Renaissance and was told that the owner would call me back shortly to discuss setting up service for my property. Yesterday, I called again and the receptionist remembered me and apologized that I had not yet gotten a call back. She assured me that I would get a call back that day. I again did not receive a call.

I called again twice today and was unable to reach anyone, so I left a message. It's extremely unprofessional, and very poor business, to waste a potential new client's time in this way. If I receive a call back tomorrow and am happy with the call, I will consider revising my review.
