Throughout the years, Scherz Landscape has designed a multitude of local and area projects from city parks and institutional facilities to private residences and office complexes.In 1964 the firm moved to its present location at 2225 Knickerbocker Road.

Visit our retail nursery location at 2225 Knickerbocker Road for a great variety of shrubs and bedding plants, fountains, pots and more! We are fully stocked with a wide variety of plants in many sizes, and knowledgeable sales personnel are always available to answer any questions and assist in selections! Bring your pots in for custom potting - our nursery personnel can design a beautiful arrangement for any pot!
Scherz has designed and installed many commercial and residential projects. We offer free estimates and consultations. We also provide a customized plan and can work with the client's own layouts, sketches or plans. Our designers can do planting/landscape design, irrigation design, and interior landscape design!
T.L.C. (Total Landscape Care) is a landscape service Scherz provides to ensure a newly installed landscape will receive the care needed for it to flourish. It is a customized maintenance package offered to clients, residential or commercial. The services provided are: weeding, trimming, mowing and fertilizing, as well as flower re-planting with the change of the seasons.

Used them twice. First time was a small rock job, they did okay. Then again for a bigger rock job and installation of a sprinkler system. The labor guys were nice. But as far as the main person we made the plans with, he never met with us again. After work was complete no one let us know anything. How to work the box, or anything. Someone dropped off paperwork and keys on my front porch instead of just ringing the doorbell, and that was the last we heard from them. We had to YouTube how to start the system and work it. Felt over charged for not even following through with instructions.

Apparently they used to be a premium lawn care company. Now, they just charge a premium price for awful service. They didn't listen or follow my instructions, and I never managed to contact anyone to resolve my issues. Someone did call me back to relay a message that had nothing to do with my complaint, so there's that.
