Scotland Yards Here, you'll learn about the cost of designs, how they are pulled together, what makes one more or less effective than another - and lastly, have a look at the plan to completion photographs. Patio Covers or pergolas, can serve a number of different functions: shade from sun (filtered or complete), shelter from rain and wind, as well as serve to block out visual intrusions. Fire and Water Features are about atmosphere and ambiance. In some cases, water features in particular, can be used to help drowned out noise pollution.
Services
For more than twenty years, Scotland Yards has completed landscaping projects of all sizes, for a wide range of residential and commercial clients. We love what we do, and we're only satisfied when you are too. Landscaping is our passion, and our business.
The design process is fairly simple. There will be two initial appointments: The first one will be to meet with you at the property to discuss your wants and needs versus a real world budget. The second appointment, in most cases, will be to go over the conceptual plan and give you the Proposal and Estimate.
The 'Living Landscapes' - Fire and water features, especially in the Vacaville and Fairfield areas, add the creature comforts to our lives that we inherently, naturally, gravitate towards. Just about everyone loves the warmth of a crackling fire and the trickling sound of running water in a stream.
Russ and Jill are wonderful; the kind of people you'd want as your neighbors. They were on time, on schedule, and very helpful (patient) designing and installing our new courtyard. While question number one is important, number two is the more tricky of the bunch: To determine how large a cover you need, start with the fixed objects that will be under the cover (objects that don't usually need to be moved).

Russ Savage your five star rating response has nothing to do with not completing the work you agreed to and were paid for in advance. Like I said it started out good but once you started on other jobs it went bad fast. I am not the only customer to give you a bad review. In addition you gave yourself a five star review in response to mine. Constructive criticism is a good thing and can help you better your business if you receive it.

These folks do outstanding work. Russ, Jill, Mark, Brandon and Joe all deserve high praise for the complete restoration of our back yard. They installed fountains, concrete pathways, a fantastic alumawood pergola, new sod, and plants. They kept us informed about when they would be there to work and showed up on time. I've worked with other contractors and they could learn a lesson from Scotland Yards.

They paid attention to details and worked with us every step of the way with suggestions on how to make our yard turn out great. Can't say enough of the fantastic job they did. Thanks guys! Dave Loose

We hired to complete our backyard. Lots of additional costs that were not in the original bid. We paid cash to keep the costs down. They never finished the job and to be honest we were ready for it to be over. Our concrete is cracked in several area. It started out good but when they started other jobs and received payment it went bad fast.

RESPONSE: Tina Navarro - First, we regret that you were unhappy with your experience with us. However, you were advised that because you removed a SWIMMING POOL that the soil may not be fully compacted and, as a result, there was a greater chance of cracking (as concrete is likely to crack anyway). Upon completion of the backyard, you hired us to do the front yard.

We created a plan, painted the layout, and with your approval, signed the contract. Only AFTER all the forms were set, the rebar was down, and the pour was scheduled - you change your mind. We had to cancel the pour, re-set forms and rebar, and WAIT for the next available opportunity. This review is unfair and completely inaccurate.

Completed a assessment of job and then completely dropped the ball and never communicated again. Did not follow through on appointments to begin with. Take your hard earned money and project ideas elsewhere!!
