Steve grew up in Chatham N.J., attended local schools, and graduated from Rutgers University. He started mowing lawns as a teenager and seemed to know right away that someday he would own and operate his own landscaping business. After college, Steve focused entirely on making his dream a reality. With guidance and encouragement from his parents he learned how to operate a business, generate clients, hire and train employees, meet a payroll, etc.
