Our partner, Justin Baker, has decided to move back to North Carolina where he is from to be closer to family. It's a move that he's been longing for, for quite some time. Eric Smith has taken the opportunity to scale back and open a smaller business focusing on Masonry and Hardscapes. Eric will remain in the community providing hardscape design and construction services.

After getting Garage Experts of BATON Rouge to epoxy my garage floors which they advertised a Life Time Guarantee on products and service. I specifically asked about tire hot tire marks and they said it was covered under the guarantee. Sure enough I got tire marks on all four tires. I called Mr Schexnyder and he said to try Goo Gone, etc. to try to remove the tire marks.

I bought and tried all products recommended with no success. I called him again and he said that the guarantee didn't cover that. I asked about the Life Time Gurantee they advertised with no help from him. Typical contractor response so be very, very aware of theBait And Switch methods from Garage Experts of Baton Rouge.

Leaf Filters - Gutter Guard This company is quick to take your money, but no follow through for problems. First, the installer did not clean my gutter prior to installation, so all the debris in the gutter was under the filter. The guards were improperly installed with the material slanting back toward the house, so the leaves could never been washed off the gutter.

The one time an installer came back to my home, he admitted the installation was incorrect and would be back. That was in February 2022. The problem eventually caused a leak in the gutter that required replacement. That is when I discovered the Leaf Filters rep had lied to me about cleaning the gutter and I took pictures to prove the issues I have described above. I have found this company to be most unreliable, and the product to not be all it is advertised to be.

I have the worst experience with Elegant Cabinets and Granite my mistake was believed James he ask for a full payment to do my cabinets damage after Ida I pay in full and now nobody answer the phone or text and the job is not finish please do not pay this company in full

Beware of Charles Fluker owner/car salesman of keep it clean auto sales there is nothing clean about him he is a huge liar he sold me a 2003 Chevrolet Impala with a lot of issues the main concern was the transmission only a few days after purchasing the vehicle I was experiencing jerking when accelerating, rolling backwards while on incline, also the car began to run hot before purchasing the vehicle I explained to Mr. Fluker I needed a reliable car for me and my family he then assured that the car was in good running condition with no problems so I trusted his word please beware of this man and his deceitfulness stay far away he's not to be trusted

Window World of Baton Rouge is horrible to deal with! I ordered windows in September of 2020 after Hurricane Laura destroyed my house. The first thing I ordered was new windows as all of mine were damaged and I couldn't see anyone walking up to my door. Finally, in March or April, I had windows installed. The installers broke my kitchen window and my bathroom window was measured wrong.

The installers have been here twice since then. Both times the windows were either broken or the wrong size. I paid for the windows in September. I'm beyond upset with this company. None of the supervisors will call me back. I don't know what I can do since I've already paid for them.

Iron Works of Baton Rouge La. Would never recommend this company. I ordered a glass door to cover my front door of my home. I wanted to protect the wood on my door and the wood on the two side glass windows. They did not cover the wood on the two side panels. I contacted them and tried to get them to fix door the way I wanted it done in the first place.

I even offered to pay them to come and redo it. Even that failed. I have never dealt with a company like this before. I guess it is because there is no one around here that dose this type of entrance doors. No competition. They have a monopoly.

I filed a complaint against All Star Kia of BR a few months ago regarding an unpleasant experience. Today, I am posting an update to let other customers know that All Star Kia Seigen Lane now has a new service department manager, and we believe a definite change for the better! Long story short, thanks to the Reputations Manager and Mr. McAllister for making things right and replacing the damaged oil pan shield at no cost to us! It is obvious that they want to rebuild customer relationships in a positive way.

They always close every case that I present to them. There is always an excuse. You send them a letter with a lawyer, your disputed the transaction with the bank, blabla. The bank is the only one that can get me money back. I only have 60 days to dispute a transaction. The job of the BBB is not to get me my money back, but to inform people of the good/bad business and give them a score accordantly.

I think that this office is lazy and they just want to close cases. They never been able to make any business pay me back and sadly nobody will get to see how bad is the business because these people is failing to inform the community. I think that this people may do work to protect businesses. Now, I seen BBB offices in other states that take their job seriously and they adjust the business score based on complaints and unsolved disputes.

Now how does BBB give you bad service? I phone this agency (BBB) to obtain information on filing a compliant against a buisness on the half of my client who is mentally disabled. I spoke with a customer rep name Regan. 1) As I was explaining to her the problem, she continuously interrupt me 2) Next, as she began to inform me of what was needed to file a complaint, she stopped and said that the person needs a Power of Attorney to file the complaint. 3) I didn't like that considering I was already assisting this client, however, rules are rules.

I say, "Ok, I understand, please tell me what else they would need to file the complaint and I will get everything in order for the Power of Attorney, Regan tells me very aggressively "You are not listening." This infuriates me. I tell her "That is not how you talk me." 4) She just hangs up in my face, while I still talking to her. I had to call back three times before she would answer. I asked for her boss. "You can only speak to the COE who won't be back until next Thursday." I will call then because she was very rude.
