If a design fee is required, the cost of the design shall be credited back to the signed contract. Typically, small landscaping projects will only require an on-site visit and estimate. During this first meeting we will discuss budget and design direction. The designer will then finalize the plans, materials, and pricing to schedule the final presentation.

This company leaves you hanging, no one returns your calls. When they owe you $, they never pay. They pay there employees very low wages and force them to work over time and not pay time and a half. This is a selfish company and Chris spellacys is a selfish money hungry evil man. Stay clear of this company. Terrible sevice, follow up, and the worst at returning phone calls.

Terrific Landscaping - Spellacy's designed and installed a great outdoor area for me and my family. Starting with the design, all the way to the last shrub being planted, it was a great experience. Very knowledgable and professional. My patio, water feature and firepit couldn't be better. It was great working with true professionals and with a company that followed through with their promises.
