Stuart Nursery

Seems Stuart Nursery is on the downhill slide - so sad. Called 3 times today (May 12, 2022) to save myself a drive over for a specific item. Nobody answers the phone. On the third call - I left a message. No one ever returned my call. I finally drive over and called again on the way & this time the voicemail is full - apparently they have other customers who can't reach them.

I arrive & the item I was looking for was unfortunately not there. I was at the location for 15 minutes and no one ever approached me to help. I finally seek out someone to assist and when I let her know I had called and left a message her reply was "We only have 2 workers - I've worked a lot & to be honest, the phone is not my top priority." Well, that's probably a bigger issue than you realize. Those phone calls are potential business/sales & when you ignore them, you're losing business. Good luck with that plan. I'm now going elsewhere.

Super nice staff but struggling to get plants right now.hopefully the trucks start coming in soon.

Not too exciting today but Stuart's is starting to get their spring plants in! I am ready! Stuart's is my main nursery.

Excellent experience from start to finish. We chose 5 trees from the wide selection on site, and the folks who showed up to deliver/plant them did an amazing job. Thank you very much!

Super neat people work there! So patient with my mom who has memory issues and kept asking same question about butterfly plants Thank you so much. Very knowledgeable.

OK, so I've been shopping at Stuart nursery ever since we moved back here in 2016. I'm not sure why their stock is depleted this season, but they still have my business. Home Depot, Lowes, and the farmers market are great if you want nothing but impatiens, purslane, and begonias. Stuart nursery, in spite of having less stock than last season, still has things that you can't find anywhere else around here. I've bought Porter weed, Dutchmans pipe, fairy bells, and other wonderful things there this summer. They are still the best go to for plants and flowers in Parker County.

I do not recommend Stuart Nursery for your landscaping needs, unless you plan on planting the plants-trees yourself. We purchased several plants last summer and paid EXTRA for them to be planted so we could get the one year warranty. I had 3 die over the winter and I have been asking for replacements since May. Excuse after excuse. Finally was told that my plants would be delivered and planted last Monday.

I had ordered a tree in addition, so when they came out to plant the tree, they advised me the plants were not with them and they would have to come back another day. I have been trying to reach the manager of this place all week, with no return call. I would seriously consider other options before you buy from them. Customer service is zero.

My mother, who has passed always did business with stuarts. I showed up at 10am, had a list of things I wanted. Took me 10 minutes just to find someone who worked there, the girl was obviously new, but that was fine, it seemed like everything I asked about she said they didn't have. Which was 2 trees and crepe myrles. There was one pampas grass that was overpriced at 35 dollars. I left with nothing, went to Archie's gardenland in ft worth, and spent my 300 bucks there. Maybe new people own it, I don't know. But I won't go back.

This family owned business always has quality landscaping flowers, trees, etc. Their prices are higher than a home improvement store, but much higher quality. You Will also find someone who is willing to help answer questions & give advice.

My husband, Terry Bond and I, Donna Bond stopped here last Sunday on our way home to Lamesa, TX. We had no idea what to get, but with the help of the staff decided on these beautiful Pansies. He told us how he likes to set them and they are so pretty. I think we will come back to Stuart Nurseries for any more plants. The staff and Owner are very knowledgeable and friendly. Thank you all!
