I wouldn't use any other pool service in St. George. They are very busy, we are on a years waitlist. Services: General construction, Cleaning, Design

Critical: Responsiveness Great pool but horrible customer service. Forget about any response. Once they get their money they don't seem to care. I have been trying for 3 weeks to get someone to come out to check on a problem with multiple broken promises. I'm not holding my breath. Excellent work, they did a built in hot tub at my home and a commercial pool, hot tub and splash pad at a nightly rental resort I own. Pays attention to detail, exceeded our expectation on every account.

WORST pool company ever! I've waited 7 months for my pool to get started. Finally able to get it dug and now they say another 2 months before they can pour it. The only form of communication is through the front office receptionist. She is amazing! Other than the receptionist, everyone else is terrible. I would HIGHLY recommend using a different company!

Called 3 times over the course of a month to get a bid and was always told they'd call me back. They never did. When questioned, the girl that answers the phone stated that they're just too busy to call everyone back. So.good luck with that. Feel fortunate not to be doing business with a company with such poor customer service.

One star is generous since we can't create a post without selecting a start rating. I called Jeff the owner for a pool bid and he came right out on a Saturday and completed measurements and about 6 weeks later he dropped off a drawing but not a proposal. He did take our house plans and we have never heard from him since. I have called the office, left messages and texts on his cell phone and no response.

Now almost a year later we need the plans for a remodel and still cannot get a hold of Jeff. I understand I'm not a builder providing him multiple jobs a month but I was certainly a serious buyer and we had a pool and spa installed plus re-landscaped our back yard in about 60 days while we still heard nothing from Jeff. I'm hopeful we can get our plans back without having to purchase another set from the architect.

Best pool builder in St. George. I've used them for service work and they are great.

My husband and I were initially so excited to have Sunset Pools & Landscaping prepare a bid for our project. Things got off to a slow start, but we understood that Jeff and his team are busy so we were patient. After a few months, when it was time to go over our bid, Jeff didn't show up to our scheduled meeting. He and I even spoke that morning to confirm the time, it seems he just blew it off.

No call, no email. I even called the office the following day to find out what happened. I never heard back from anyone. Does customer service get any worse? While Sunset Pools & Landscaping appears to do some beautiful work, our experience with this company was a complete waste of time.

Customer service at its worst. Issues with leak in new "spool". After 10 or so calls, finally showed up to look and assess. More calls, repaired inadequately. More calls and messages, none returned, pool never repaired. Giving this company one star is generous.

From the first day we met you in your office and you sketched out what you thought it could look like, we were impressed. The finished product is even more impressive.
