My lawn has never looked better than it does now that Superior has cared for it these past two years. I had tried to manage myself, even tried TrueGreen, but nothing worked. I had dollarweed, crabgrass, and grub damage but again, my lawn looks better than it ever has! These guys don't send pushy sales people, they always answer their phone, they are affordable, professional, and stand behind their work.

Scott Brown of Superior Lawn Care has been servicing my lawn for the past 2-3 years. the lawn looks great and Scott is a wealth of knowledge. He's always available to chat with me, and gives me tips and pointers to keep the lawn looking great. From a company perspective, Superior is easy to work with, is competitive with pricing, and does what they contract to do. Of the very few issues I've had, they've been very professional in their response. My lawn recommends Superior!

Critical: Professionalism When I called the girl(Cindy) was very rude and hung up on me. I wanted to start a program for my lawn, new construction. I'm glad I saw the true colors before I hired these people. She should know that she is the frontline of her business. You can't make a first impression twice. Remember you aren't the only lawn care business!

I pay big dollars to Superior to get dead spots, dirt patches and uncontrolled violet spread. Horrible customer service. They are nice on the phone but do little to fix the problem. Had my 2nd treatment this year from Superior Lawn Care. I happened to be home and spoke to Chris Marsh who was the Superior Lawn Care Technician who did my treatment. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Here's why. My father was using Superior's service for over 5 years. Things were going so well, he recommended them to two of his neighbors. But, things quickly went downhill. Last summer, after one visit, he started noticing huge brown patches all over his lawn and immediately called Superior. Someone showed up, and diagnosed it as "red thread", even though nothing about these burnt out areas suggested that was the issue.

Fast forward a few weeks, and these dead areas increased in size. Another tech was dispatched, and now the issue was it was too hot during the day, or too cold at night. The 3 lawns in the neighborhood that this company serviced, all have the same issues! Superior has given every excuse as to why this happened, but they refuse to do anything to fix the problem they created.

My father, and his neighbors, all reseeded their lawns in the fall, but there was no new growth. This year, we reseeded again, and we are waiting to see what is going to happen. Superior doesn't even give excuses now, they just hang up on you, or just never return any calls. They refuse to admit that something that THEY did ruined 3 beautiful lawns at the same time, in the same neighborhood.

I had been using Superior for years, and TruGreen offered me a deal that cut $100/year off the price so I tried TruGreen. The cheaper service was not better, and my lawn looked like a jungle. I switched back to Superior as fast as I could and have never had a complaint. While Superior isn't always the cheapest, they are the best! Service: Weed control

Employee Chris Marsh from Superior Lawn Care came out to apply the first application to our lawn for the year. He was extremely knowledgeable and available to answer any questions I had about the needs of my lawn. Very happy with the service I've been provided with this company. I have gotten many compliments about the appearance of our lawn since hiring Superior Lawn Care.

A neighbor recommended me to Superior after I commented on how great his yard looked. I signed up last year have been extremely pleased with the service and rates over competitors. Our technician Doug does a great job! Can tell he is doing a very thorough application. Making an amazing difference in the appearance of our yard. Our lawn used to be the eyesore of the neighborhood, but the yard is really shaping up and looking great! Doug is also patient to answer questions about what we can do to make it look even better.

This is my first year with Superior Lawn Care. Technician Chris Marsh is very professional and thorough. He took the time to explain to me everything that was going on with my yard and gave me recommendations and expectations for my yard. I will most likely continue my service in the future because of Chris!
