We are so impressed with Mark's business. Mark checked in on the work daily. Rogelio and his crew built us a beautiful blue stone patio and added a new drainage system, all in less than a week! They carefully removed mature plants and then replanted them after the project was done. They were very thorough, even adding mulch to the planting beds surrounding our new patio and grass seed and peat to the areas where the drainage pipes were buried. Sylvester Associates gets our highest recommendation!

Mark and his crew built a big patio for us and were amazing! They showed up every single day at the exact same time, their attention to detail was incredible, they were so friendly, and always cleaned up the space at the end of each day. Mark checked in every single day throughout the process to make sure everything was running smoothly and to check in with us on how we felt about the progress and to answer any questions. So happy we hired them and love enjoying our new patio/firepit!
