Critical: Professionalism, Quality They currently mow for our home association. TERRIBLE quality of work. They have tore up our lawn multiple times with how they drive the mowers around. Their website says they have excellent detail and I can tell you that is not even close to the truth. By the time they are done mowing, it looks like a 5 year old did it.

Critical: Professionalism One of their giant dump trucks and trailer almost sniffed me out between it and a cement barricade just now on I35. Just drifted into my lane with no signaling. Laying on my horn saved my life, but this company must have laxed safety standards

With it being a COVID year, this company has consistently performed above and beyond. Mowing and the plowing has been phenomenal! All the guys are friendly, well groomed and polite. Thank you and we are glad you have stayed in business with all the challenges and crabby people who like to take their frustrations out on hard working gentlemen.

I emailed Damon about a bid for a full landscaping job. I already had plants, layout, design, and material all picked out for the job. This was a brand new construction with retaining walls, sod, irrigation, and plants. I was hoping to use them for our project since I had been given their contact from a referral. I eventually got the proposal days after the promised delivery date which wasn't bad but to have the bid incomplete was frustrating.

Still not upset, I emailed Damon about the missing items like irrigation and steps for a two level patio. My original email contained all the items I needed done along with the plans listing these items. Still not upset, I waited for a reply that never came. I never met a company that was so busy that they would completely ignore a $30,000 job. I decided to pay a couple thousand more through a different company that has better communication and complete bids. I'm absolutely amazed at the lack of response and can only imagine what it would have been like once the project began.
