This was a great business to work with. No hassle, no recalls, got the work done they said they would and were super flexible about quote adjustments and follow-ups. They also got out very quickly! We had an emergency with one uprooted tree falling into another. Both trees needed to be removed, and I call Tree Pro to take care of the problem. James had two crews working on the removal all day. Excellent service and value! We needed two trees removed quickly in order to complete some other work to our home. James and his team were able to get us taken care of for less than what we had been quoted by their competitors. We had a line of Green Giant Arborvitae that needed to be removed from our backyard. After receiving several quotes, we decided to go with Tree Pro. There was a little confusion and miscommunication at the beginning. Because of this, and because of the current pandemic conditions, it took several months for the job to be complete. Let me be clear, the miscommunication at the beginning is the only reason I can't give five stars.
Other than that small hiccup, everything went smoothly and we were extremely satisfied with the results. The crew that came out to do the work were friendly and professional. They worked well as a team and got the trees down quickly and safely. I would happily recommend Tree Pro

They did a great job! They were very professional & courteous. My wife loves the shape they gave to our overgrown, out of control trees that were in bad need of pruning. Definitely gave my house more curb appeal! She was also very happy that although they pruned three giant trees, they left no debris behind- not one stray twig anywhere. Would recommend them to anyone!

What a wonderful experience working with James Sims and his team at Tree Pro! We had many different issues with our trees and James very promptly and efficiently took care of all of them. We had 8 trees removed, 3 trees deadwooded, one tree cut back and reshaped, another fertilized and 5 new trees planted! All of this work was completed in ONE day.
It was amazing to watch. This team worked tirelessly throughout the day, cleaning up continuously. By the end of the day, I had a new yard with beautiful trees. If you need tree work done, I highly recommend Tree Pro. James is a KY Certified Arborist and a pleasure to work with!

We had a 40+ inch round trunk, 140 year old Basswood tree, probably 80 feet tall die on 2nd Street in Lexington.very close to our house, our neighbors, and nestled in between lot of power/cable/phone lines. Even though we had some weather delays, James and his crew were the best to work with! They rolled in this morning at 8am with all their equipment and a crane, and by 2pm, the place was so clean you couldn't even tell any work had been done or that a tree had ever been there.
Very surprised at their speed, quality of work, and thoroughness of their cleanup as well. Please note that I didn't snap any pictures of after the stump grinding and cleanup yet.
