About Us Report

Viking Bros. was founded in 1991 by John Christenson, William Wright and Paul Christenson. We started doing fall cleanups for customers by raking the leaves by hand and loading them into an old 1975 ton dump truck that we chipped in $500 each to buy. From those humble beginnings we have evolved to a fleet of trucks and landscaping equipment servicing a wide area of operations in the State of Wisconsin and beyond.

This is an email I sent to John at Vikings Brothers. A year after they did the work! I thanked him at the time, but felt that more was deserved. Hi John, It's that time of year where I'm outside preparing everything for spring. It got me thinking of last year, and I wanted to reach out and thank you for helping me. I really put my heart and soul into this project.

At the time that you helped me out, I REALLY needed the help and had hit a "roadblock" as far as what to do with all of those plants! You really helped me out. I know that I'm not saying anything that I haven't said before, but it truly takes skill to be able to place that many plants (from a design standpoint) on a whim and have it look like it was planned from the start! A retaining wall project to support a driveway isn't something that necessarily adds to curb appeal, but something that wanted done right. Have waited six months to post to see if any issues developed and looking good and done well. Price was competitive and service and all interactions top notch.
