I've been living in the same community for 20 years and take notice to a handful of properties white oak does. Their work is top notch and consistent throughout all four seasons. This company has built an excellent reputation and is well deserved.

This is a great company to work for. They are very family and team oriented and they stress the importance of taking care of the clients. My route of clients have become like family to me. The negative reviews from potential previous employees are why they don't work for us anymore. Bad attitudes!

White Oak Landscape Company has been contracted via HOA for 2+ years. Overall, the service has been sloppy and the schedule has been inconsistent! It's hard to understand overgrown grass with seedlings and or crabgrass along with overgrown bushes, shrubs and trees! It's also hard to understand areas that are skipped over and or landscape debris that is left behind! The expectation is for basic landscape services.that have been contracted and paid for! The concerns have been sent directly to the company.no response or improvement!

By far the worst landscape company I've worked for. The maintenance manager Greg hired me as a back up driver $13hr then move me into a foreman position with a two-man truck with no regards in telling me the absence of a paid foreman. In so many words the manager was using me to drive a truck and lead maintenance without paying an actual foreman. I asked for a raise the manager looked me in my eyes and told me he didn't think I deserved a raise when he was paying me lower than a back up driver which is $14 hr he gave me my dollar raise and told me in "May"he would give me a raise for a Foreman however "May"comes they tried to have me hedge a whole HOA property a day before they tried to terminate me which I did not do.

This company is very unprofessional and will take advantage of you if you allow them too, with covid-19 pandemic risk my family and myself to wake up each morning building another man's Landscaping Company to be dismissive of my Seven months of time & efforts I invested in this company.

From our initial design consultation to the finishing touches of the install, working with White Oak has been such a pleasure! Their team is the complete package. landscape design, hardscape install, irrigation, monthly maintenance. they can expertly handle it all! We have enjoyed getting to know each and every one of the members of the White Oak team, and we truly appreciate all of their combined efforts to bring the vision for our property to life. After some issues with our landscaping the owner and crew lead reviewed the property with me personally to ensure that they understood the community goals, where issues existed and provided a path for correction. Week after week we are seeing improvements to the landscaping in major part by the companies commitment to service excellence. Keep up the good work, I can't wait to make this four (4) a five (5) star.

I would recommend this company to anyone looking for general upkeep or new projects for your home. We were looking to sell our home and had a revamp of the landscaping prior to listing. White Oak Landscaping came in and did a wonderful job creating perfect curb appeal for potential buyers. We also had them come out when we purchased our new home and could not be happier with the results. Management was friendly and the staff on site works very hard to create exactly what I was wanting.

This is a great company and they exceeded our expectations!! i would highly recommend them for design, install or service. We have used them for all of these and been very happy!

I contacted White Oak early June to request a quote to have sod installed in my backyard. (a very small backyard, I might add. A backyard that is already prepped for sod and in a neighborhood that they work in almost EVERY day) I didn't receive a call until over 2 weeks later. They said they would send someone out to my house to look at my yard and call me back. Now, its early July, no one has been out to quote me, no one has called me.

I called them again on Monday.no return call.no NOTHING! If they didn't want my business they could have just said so. I'll pay another company in the area that has been responsive and kind. I'll also do my best to let my HOA we need another landscaping company. Thanks for nothing.
