Our first visit. It is a nice place, are many items to choose from. I was trying to find parts for the boat. Dropped my wife off there to check it out while I was parts shopping. You would have thought the boat store would be closed, all three of them.

Critical: Responsiveness Called for a landscaping estimate and Julie scheduled and came pretty quickly. However she never got back with us. I called 4 weeks after Julie came out, they said she would call back and no call back. Disappointed and more than likely we won't ever call them again.

5/13/2019 Highly recommend. We used Wilcox for some landscaping and they did a GREAT job. It took us a long time to decide on exactly what we wanted, and we changed our mind several times. Adding and removing things to the plan. Wilcox never made us feel bad or pressured us and most important they were very patient and pleasant to work with. The crew was polite and every night cleaned up their mess. Great company to work with and I hope we can use them again in the future!

Very friendly on the phone, but often calls get routed to an answering machine. I called 3 times in a row for a sprinkler system repair, and was told that they'd slot me in, but never called to confirm. After well over a month went by, I had to call another firm, because my lawn started to turn brown. I felt that because I had a small problem, they kept prioritizing full system installs over me. I think I'd rather go somewhere that I can count on regardless of how big the job is.
