Incredible job at a great price! In short, the job required more heavy duty equipment and additional labor. The additional labor was not added to my bill! They made sure every detail was exactly how we imagined the results. I already recommended them to my neighbor. Services: Landscape design, Garden design

The best lawn care in cincinnati. I used them to up keep my main property in blue ash while I was in the military and stationed in a different state. My brother also worked for them when no one would hire him. I will never forget how well they take care of their employees. Services: Lawn landscaping, Landscaping design, Lawn care

They are friendly and professional and they do a great job. They provided a free detailed bid/estimate, and worked with us to make the job right. There was a pretty substantial wait before they could begin the project due to other scheduled jobs, but they were upfront with their timeline, and they were able to begin pretty close to when they had said, and once started, they worked very fast. I would wholeheartedly recommend Wimberg Landscaping for large or small projects, and I will certainly call them first for my next project!

So I had just ended my service in the military and left Fort Riley. started working with them 17May21 and they told me I would be a floater for the first week to see which department I would prefer to work in, I told them mowing because the constant bending over that I would do in other departments hurt my back that I broke Sep19 while serving and they told me that I was going to be in maintenance and I told him that would be contradictive.

So today I was fired because I suffer from depression and I wasn't happy enough, no warning no write up just as soon as I clocked out straight in the office to sign the papers. Glad to see they take such good care of their military veterans.

From the design process to the installation this place does a great job! They cut in two borders, installed two trees and put in a big decorative bolder. They are nice people, professional and they cleaned up after the work was done. The one improvement they need to make is communication. I had multiple dates come and go with NO install but worse was no communique from Wimberg.

When I called I always got a new date range but when the new date range passed with still no install I was left without a word until I called. After making the requisite 50% down payment better proactive communication via text, email or phone call would go a long way to making even happier customers.

I recommend Wimberg Landscaping strongly and unreservedly. They have provided various services to me; landscaping projects, lawn-cutting, spring clean-up and periodic maintenance. The work is always done professionally and to a very high standard. My neighbors comment frequently on the beautiful appearance of our yard and I am positive their work has increased the value of our home. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and committed to customer service. They truly deserve the many awards they have won.

Wimberg's design team recently developed a complete accent lighting and landscape plan for our home. The lighting installation crew members were courteous and conscientious and did an excellent job. easily making adjustments to our satisfaction, as needed. We are very pleased and fully recommend their services. Looking forward to the next phase of our project with spring plantings! Thank you!

My wife and I used Wimberg to landscape the lot for our new-build home. Through the design process, execution, and follow up afterwards everything exceeding our expectations. We fully expect to use these guys for ongoing maintenance and any future projects we may need. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family. As a side note, anyone looking for high-end digital renderings of design proposals Wimberg is top notch!

I hired Wimberg Landscaping for a hardscaping project in a roughly 20x20 backyard fenced in patio. It turned into a several month nightmare for a variety of reasons. The owner is very defensive of negative reviews on social media, and has employees rating their own company (Julia), so I will be comprehensive and professional. I feel fine posting all this, because I told it to my sales person/project manager, the ops manager, and in the early stage the CEO himself along the way.

I was never offered any compensation for issues. The process started with prompt feedback and a digital rendering of my proposed project. While this is nice, note that it means virtually nothing as the color and material types that were ultimately installed were completely different. When challenged, I was told to look under an unrelated section of the contract that it was there prerogative to change materials.

The first task was to remove a tree. I was told a certain date on which they did not show up. Eventually a crew did without warning where they cut the tree down, but left the stump and broke several parts of my fence. Over the course of three weeks, I was repeatedly unanswered asking about when the stump would removed until I escalated to the CEO. Eventually, they came back multiple days in a row with a broken machine to slowly remove.

Fast forward to this month, I find a huge piece of unmovable root left in the ground that was hidden by materials and landscaping until now. Work eventually begins on my patio to where more of my fence is broken. I come home to find the section we have been removing repeatedly had fallen, and my garage broken into with a bike and power tool stolen.

I contact Wimberg to ask what will happen about the damage to my fence, and am told they can quote me to build a new one which is incredibly offensive considering they caused the damage. I'm eventually told it will be mended which leads to a patch-worked mess. Work continues about half-way; colors don't match our discussion, but I foolishly thought they were placeholders.

We must stop halfway as I found unrelated damage to my foundation from water damage. When we resumed later in the year (not Wimberg's problem), the company's lack of professional attention to my project highlighted itself. They "finished" one section hilariously off kilter, picture attached, where they attempted to shave stones directly in front of the door to wedge in their inability to work out straight lines and making it clear my project is a low priority.

I had to call this out, picture attached. After I make a fuss and review further quality issues, the rest of the level hardscape and stairs are "finished." I'm repeatedly asked if the project is complete instead of being told they could stand behind the project, I continued to find quality problems that were simple to observe such as chipped blocks, unsecured blocks, and a general inconsistency in quality across the project with the filler sand unevenly applied and a general lack of sharpness to the measurements.

Stair edges are up to 3" misaligned and again stones were chiseled just to fit when it's against a flush surface. Installed plants and didn't get the ones I asked for/was quoted on one side. Told job is complete. Walking in, I push against my fence to check if it's secured, and miss by a millimeter impaling my hand on an exposed rusty screw. Get tetanus shot updated. Overall, I chalk up many problems to a lack of attention to detail on some staff, and having a sales person as the project manager.

I shouldn't have to rely on a person presumably on commission for new clients for operations problems, I started skipping this person entirely and going to the scheduler/ops manager. I could tell the company was fed up with me, as I was repeatedly told Accounting was bugging them for me to pay despite the project not being complete. A star added for some flexibility and accountability from ops manager, but never felt the company overall wanted to make this look like a top-quality product. Expecting to need fixes soon.
