Critical: Professionalism Do not support or work for this company. They deduct money from their employees checks that was earned. Their trucks alone are extremely hazardous to work in and should just be sent to the junk yard. They also try to make employees pay for their equipment when it breaks down. If you hear that they're hiring, just don't inquire.

We usually do fall clean up ourselves but handed off to Winnscapes. To say we are impressed is an understatement. They did all the trimming and edging and a little planting around the entire house. It was spotless when finished. I would highly recommend their work and they do a great job of communicating from bid to completion!

We're very happy with the patio Winnscapes installed for us. They worked with us to figure out what would be best for our space, coming out multiple times to talk with us. The walkthrough was thorough and the contract laid out every step of the process. The foreman went above and beyond, filling in a small gap between new steps and an old curved concrete sidewalk by specially cutting some pavers to fit perfectly.

While reseeding the areas around the patio that had been dug up they went ahead and seeded other parts of our yard that were patchy and struggling. They extended the mulching from the beds to the exposed area underneath our deck. None of these extras were in the contract. They even moved the chairs we had left lying around our fire pit back into a neat circle. It was never hard to get ahold of them. Best contractors we've worked with yet!

Great company, wonderful service! We use them for our outdoor care all year round for our building.

Full service landscape company. Easy to work with within all levels of management. From sales consultants to production and operations. Takes accountability seriously. Seen a truck of theirs out around town. Seen their guys working away on this drainage ditch removing cattails and other vegetation.

We live in Old Gahanna - small lots with large trees. Called Winnscapes and within a few days they removed the leaves that we raked to the street. Normally we use 40-50 leaf bags. The price was very reasonable.

Had to edit this review down to 2 stars because they couldn't even get me scheduled and just had a bunch of excuses why they couldn't perform. Then when I stopped to get my refund, I could tell the office manager couldn't have cared less. Very nice walk through of my property to quote drains running to the street. The appointment set up and confirmation of arrival was a breeze. Confident they can meet my needs on this project.

Does a very poor job. Looked like a 2 year old mowed and edged my lawn. Very unprofessional. I was very disappointed.

Company started out good then went downhill. Mowings were not done leaving a grass wall around the neighborhood. When contacted about issues was told everthing but how can we help. For a business in landscaping I almost would recommend to shop some where else who wants to serve there customers instead of making excuses.

Treat employees like slaves. No regard for injuries, families, or welfare. Violate labor laws at their whim, incompetent management, and only care about profit margin.

I would not recommend this company! The installation went well, but the plants did not survive into the next yea. When I contacted them, it took six months of back and forth before they were replaced. Not only was a dead plant installed, I was was treated rudely and unprofessionally by both the manager and owner of the company. The owner, who only got involved after I demanded replacement after six months, and simply emailed me a nasty email.

Never did he ever call or try to get my side of the story. Unfortunately, I don't think I am done dealing with this company. I would STRONGLY recommend using another company for your landscaping.
