Founded in 1973, our commitment to our clients and our company runs deep as evidenced by our third-generation family-owned and operated business. We understand our work reflects upon the image and safety needs of your building and grounds. We offer full capabilities of design, installation and maintenance of your commercial property's needs winter, spring, summer and fall.
We are proud of the work we do and the clients that we provide property maintenance services for. We understand that our work reflects on our client's professional image. We ensure that your image is reflected in creative plantings, well-groomed lawns, healthy trees and shrubs and footing that is safe in inclement weather.
Owners Bob and Michelle Young have a strong belief in giving back to the local area community. Humanitarian service is one of the core principles of the Young Group. Please see below for a sampling of some of the causes we support.
Winter-sometimes beautiful, sometimes fun, always a challenge. Snow and ice can affect a commercial property and its associated business like few other weather conditions. There is the immediate impact of snow-covered parking lots, driveways, and walkways. Then there are the more long-term effects of freeze-thaw conditions leading to reduced efficiency, endangered employees, and even possible litigation.

A water main break tore up my landscape last summer, leaving exposed tree roots, messing up grading and washing away mulch and topsoil. Bob Young came to give me an estimate. Once the insurance resolved, I called and emailed what I wanted to get done, carefully marking up the estimate so it was totally clear. Multiple emails and a call went unanswered and it became too late to do the work before winter.

In February, I started reaching out again because I wanted to put my house on the market. after a half dozen emails and a call or two, I caught someone in the office, so Bob was scheduled to come back, indicated he wanted to get a jump on the job in the next week or two, which I said was great.then he again fell off the face of the earth. No return email.

No call saying he was too busy to handle the work. The lack of response is incredibly disrespectful and inconsiderate given that I conveyed a sense of urgency, both from the incident itself and that I was trying to put the house on the market. Very disappointing and a huge waste of my time. Jocelyn, Abington, PA
