No respect for customers' time. We stay home from work to meet them, no show, no call. It only takes 7 digits on a cell phone to call a customer. Three stars only because when they DID show up before the work was pretty good. If you're home all the time they may be a good choice.

This is a hardware store. Remember what a hardware store is? They carry hardware- nut, bolts, screws, etc. Lowes and Home Depot are horrible when it comes to hardware selection. I use a lot of metric stuff, and find it easily here. These folks are my first stop in E-Town for all my hardware

I've had Scotts on my lawn for almost 2 years now and the the customer service is outstanding! Not to mention what the guys have done with my lawn. At first I had no turf and lots of weeds. Now thick lush turf no weeds and I owe it all to Scotts. Keep up the great work!
