I paid for core aeration in advance in order to take advantage of the 5% discount. They told me it would be done within 5-7 days. When I called on the 7th day because I had not heard from them, they gave me all kinds of excuses. I asked the young lady to tell the manager I was not happy. That was last Friday. Today is Monday and still no phone call letting me know when the work is going to be done or an apology from the manager. I will never deal with them again.

We used Nutri-Lawn Moncton for the first time last year for one service only. After that first service, we decided to switch to Nutri-Lawn and booked them for all of our services this year. They are diligent, well organized and are good at what they do. Prices are also very competitive. Paid 112.00 for Grub Treatment June 18 2020. I gave the rep my Credit Card info and confirmed that it has been taken out of the account. Got an email the same day saying that the people would treat my lawn within 1 week. Today is June 29, 2020, I'm still waiting. Their phone back number doesn't seem to be responsive. They must have a lot of customer issues. Still waiting for a telephone response.
