If I could give zero stars, I would. I scheduled a landscaping consultation, but when the worker arrived, he didnt even wait a second for me to come downstairs before leaving! I immediately called himno answer. Then I called the company, and a woman picked up with a terrible attitude. Instead of helping, she acted like I was bothering her.
If this is how they treat potential customers, I cant imagine how they run their business. If you dont want customers, why even be in business? Absolutely unprofessionalstay away!

I drive by this business every day and it appears as if they have wonderful trees for sale. Since I am interested in purchasing a large tree for my front yard, I phoned them during business hours, left a voicemail and received no response. I eventually stopped by to ask about purchasing a trees and the first lady I met inside was uncertain if they sold trees (not sure what she thought all those large green things in containers around her place of business were) and she referred me to Marcos Rangel. Marcos was very nice, but knew nothing about their inventory.
I told him I was interested in buying the large maple tree in the front. He stated he would have to call the owners of the business (who were out of office that day) to inquire about the price and he would get back with me. One week later, still no call from Marcos. I decided to call him and he informed me that the maple was sold "a long time ago." It is waiting to be delivered and the business owners just like to keep it out front for "advertisement." Pretty much the old bait and switch routine.
I asked him the price of the aforementioned maple tree just to see what I might expect to spend in the future, and again Marcos said he would have to check on this with these mysterious owners and call me "right back." It's been 5 days and no call. He did inform me, however, that the owners were going to be involved in a large landscaping project and would not be available to assist me in purchasing and planting a tree anytime soon. Look, if this company doesn't need business from individual home owners, that's fine, I'll just take my money elsewhere.
I guess they make enough profit from large landscaping contracts, but they could at least let people know that up front and be courteous enough to return a phone call. Basic Business 101 - return phone calls. I wish I was in a position to turn away customers - must be nice, especially during the COVID shutdown.

I made an appointment with F&G for Wednesday 9 AM. Durrell and Travis were here at 9am. They troubleshot the sprinkler system and found three problems which they corrected by replacing the control box and two valve diaphragms. They worked steadily until the work was done. All zones are working and Durrell instructed me on the use of the control box. Josh arrived to check that I was satisfied. Well Done.

We contracted with F&G to work on our landscaping and received a nice (though expensive) plan of action. As a first step, they sent one of their folks out to fix our broken sprinkler heads, which worked nicely afterwards. Until, that is, they sent their landscapers, who proceeded to sever our cable/phone line and the wiring for our outdoor lighting, which we had to pay to have repaired. Later, we noticed that plants in one of our beds were dying, and it turned out that they had also severed the sprinkler line to that area as well after fixing it earlier. When I tried to reach them by e-mail and phone there was never any answer. A really bad experience overall!

This review is a Thank You to F&G for sending out Julio and Angel to investigate a serious leak in our sprinkler system. The day was hot, near 100 degrees. Julio and Angel quickly discovered the cause of the leak and worked tirelessly through the afternoon to replace three pipes that had been damaged due to recent construction work. They tested repeatedly to be sure the leak was repaired, then carefully cleaned the work area. We are very pleased with the professional service provided by F&G Landscape.
