They're honestly really unprofessional. I remember making a call to the front desk a few years ago, and the lady talked in such a condescending manner, describing how they had too many customers now and couldn't take anymore. I've been too busy to say anything since then, but I sure do hope this poor business has learned so manners by now.

A new employee was helping me load 2 pallets of grass. Apparantly he did something wrong and an older men, who also works there started yelling at him infront of me! Made me feel very uncomfortable and sorry for the young man. Staff should not be treated that way!

I ordered 70 sqyd of sod with instructions for the delivery guy to put the pallets at the far end of my driveway. The delivery guy had put the pallets IN THE FRONT YARD and left without me seeing him. So now I have to haul the sod an extra 100ft to my back yard. The sod was also absolute garbage. I could have gotten better sod from home Depot. I may not even be able to use it.
