The staff is very helpful. They are masked. Check the hours before you go. They have changed due to Covid.

Against my better judgement after reading the reviews we went anyway. So my wife and I went on Thursday March 26th to get some stone for our front yard flower bed. The lady behind the counter was so busy stuffing a sandwich down her throat that we could not understand a word that was coming out of her mouth! She gave instructions on some "price list" and shewed us off. We'll spend our money elsewhere.

Disgusted. I tried to buy a pallet of flagstone but was denied because it was 30 minutes before closing. The entire staff, from the clerk to the forklift driver, gave me any excuse on how or why they couldn't make the sale possible so I would leave. They refused to work with me on making two trips because my truck couldn't handle the payload. Then when I considered buying half of the pallet and make multiple trips *which would cost more -they shut and locked the door in front of my face.

The staff was solely focused on leaving and closing the gates. Terrible customer service and this is after making multiple trips the last two days -buying and bagging over 1500 pounds of stone myself. When the owner / manager isn't onsite the service is sub par. Forklift driver doesn't center loads on axels. Bucket truck driver will not center loads if he's not instructed. Office staff is terrible, rude and unable to answer any product related questions.
