Twice this company came to our house and discussed a landscape plan. Then promptly disappeared. The second time after months they returned phone calls. The work was finally finished and the cost was 20% higher than the estimate and the result doesn't reflect the cost. Reading the reviews I see others have had the same problems with them responding. I believe they only want big expensive jobs.

We started off hopeful - great communication, and worked with us to get an after business hours in home estimate. We spent a good chunk of time with Aren, talking about types of trees, what did and didn't work, etc. He then sat in our driveway, took plenty of photos, and got us a quote for the work within minutes. And that was the last of the reliable communication we had from them. We requested changes to the quote, and it took them over a month of ignored emails and phone calls to eventually make our changes.
We accepted, and then radio silence again. Over another month later, I finally called them only to be told that we couldn't be scheduled until November, as it was now too late to plant trees. If they'd have got back to us in a timely manner, we could have had the 15 trees planted that we wanted. Highly suggest you stay away if you have any form of deadline you need to work to, or indeed any desire to work on a defined time frame.
