Today, was our first experience with Progressive Irrigation. John was our service man. He did an excellent job and also educated me on the system. He also identified and fixed an issue we were having with our system for the past year or so. Great all around service. Appointment was scheduled between 4-6 promptly arrived at 4:30 investigated all of the system and documented what needs to be fixed for next spring.
