Critical: Responsiveness Kinda miffed. Talked to receptionist several times over the past month to quote a $10k paver job and not a single reply from owner etc. I wonder why he advertises on wham1180 radio every Sunday but fails to call back for a potential $$$$ job?

Critical: Professionalism I contacted them earlier this week for a estimate and gave them my address. The next day I received a call saying they don't do that part of Victor. I guess I should have told them my neighbor referred them to me. Glad I didn't. Doesn't deserve my business.

Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness We had them come out for an estimate on a walkway and back patio. The woman was very friendly and provided brochures, but it has now been over three weeks and have not heard back with a quote! Very unprofessional. If you don't want the job just communicate that and tell your customers!

I had some large landscape rocks delivered by John Welch. He has a large selection to choose from so we found some that worked perfectly. John came with a large truck, trailer, and skid steer. Great customer service- he made sure they were placed exactly where and how we wanted. Very friendly and cleaned up afterwards. Highly recommended!
