Before Ekstrom even came to my home, I was impressed with their outstanding customer service. They responded to my inquiry immediately, sent me follow-up communication and details, and answered my questions quickly and thoroughly. We set up a date and time for the first service and, remarkably, they showed up on time and did a wonderful job. Then, they came the next week. and the next. without my ever having to worry about it. Signing up for their automatic payment service made it that much easier. That's professionalism!

I have used Erkstrom since 2014 and have been very happy with there service ever since. When I purchased this property I kept them on as the lawn service company. The previous owner used them and loved the service. They are quick to respond to any needs I may have and listen to my suggestions regarding the layout of the lawn borders. When the crew arrive they are easy to talk to and efficient. They clean up very well after they are done. The cost and value is the is the best around.
