Since our community has started using them, our landscaping has deteriorated a lot. We used to have beautifully pruned bushes and trees, and the grass was always green. They rarely trim the bushes. And, although it is in the contract to aerate and seed our lawn, they never do it.

Critical: Professionalism The driver this morning was not professional. They were swerving in and out of lanes without using turn signals. Additionally, the license plate was not fully identified. However, my partner was able to get a good photo. How you conduct yourself on your way to business shows potential clients that this is not for you. Best wishes.

I'm an association manager, and deal with many different companies. Professional Grounds, specifically Jason Cave, has always been consistent. They are responsive, do great work, and all around great people. Any time I've had any type of an issue, Jason has been quick to resolve it. If it can't be resolved right away, Jason does a great job at keeping me updated and never makes me feel like I'm on the back burger. My Board is happy, therefore I am too. I wish every person I came into contact with was like Jason, he truly makes my job easier.
