Our Company started back in 1969 as Ivan's Lawn Care. He did mowing, tilling, & snow removal on a part-time basis, an extra job away from his fulltime job of being a diesel Mechanic up until the end of the 1975 season. In 1976; the company was growing, he decided to change the focus, from lawn care to being involved in the building & creating lawns in a local new housing development.
At that time, I & M landscaping was started because of the new focus & his son Mike getting involved. In 1976 the business was still a part-time business during the summers when Ivan was teaching at the Vo-tech College & Mike was going to school.
