Services
Lawn Fertilization
Our fertilization program delivers essential nutrients to promote lush, green growth. Using seasonally adjusted formulas, we strengthen root systems and enhance resistance to drought and disease. Clients benefit from tailored schedules that align with local climate patterns for optimal lawn health.
Core Aeration
Power core aeration reduces soil compaction and thatch buildup while improving water and nutrient absorption. This service creates ideal conditions for root expansion, particularly beneficial for lawns on heavy clay soils or those requiring density improvement through annual or semi-annual treatments.
Weed Control
Targeted weed control applications eliminate invasive species while protecting desirable turf. Our approach combines pre-emergence barriers with spot treatments, ensuring long-term lawn uniformity. Technicians identify specific weed types to apply the most effective, environmentally responsible solutions.
Disease Control
Proactive disease management prevents fungal infections that threaten lawn integrity. We implement customized fungicide programs based on historical patterns and current conditions, addressing issues like brown patch and dollar spot to maintain consistent turf health.
Insect Control
Our insect control service targets destructive pests like grubs and chinch bugs before they damage turf. Using integrated pest management strategies, we apply preventative treatments while monitoring populations to minimize chemical use and protect beneficial organisms.

Moved into our home 2 years ago and you can tell the previous owners had let the lawn get out of control with weeds, crabgrass, and patchy spots. 2 years later after having Custom Lawns 5 step program and fall aeration, and I get compliments about how nice our lawn looks all of the time. Will definitely continue to use and highly recommend.

I've used Custom Lawns for years and am very happy with the employees that come out to treat the lawn. I am however frustrated by the woman that answers their phones. She is snarky and mean. I let it go several times but now I am done being treated poorly by her. Such a shame she needs to be this way with long time customers.
