Do the lady that was in the exit door today around 9:50 am where I came in which had no signs that says exit only that "would allowed me to walk in the store the other way please do better" your approach says it all I wonder if I was your skin completion if you would have speak to me that way don't worry I would never spend a dime there ever again thank you

I would give it a 5 star rating. But after dealing with Andrew, not sure what his position there is, I must say he is so rude and nasty on the phone. I ordered from them the past 5 years and now as usual I purchased mulch, but it came soooo bad and faded, my landscaper refused to put it out. So they sent me a new badge which was nice from them and oops bad as ever. I cannot display it on my property due to one rain entire mulch turns white.
So I called again but Andrew was sooo nasty and would not hear me out. He didnt want to even see pictures. All he was busy saying.go elsewhere, why am I still speaking with you. Its a shame we need to communicate these days with people that have such negative attitudes. If he feels he doesnt know how to talk to a great customer then let him go for help, but not in a business matter. It is not acceptable. What a shame. p.s. I must have purchased at least 8,000 worth of flowers, mulch and top soil, but I guess, YES, I will go ELSEWHERE!

My wife and I were told about this nursery by a landscape designer. We are from Westchester and just thought we could find most of her suggestions locally. Wow were we wrong. We finally took the ride up to Pomona which was really only about a half hours ride. What a contrast we found from our local nurseries. Down to Earth has plenty of friendly and knowledgeable help. They also have many unique choices at reasonable prices. We strongly recommend your taking a ride there; you will not be disappointed.

I have been a customer of Down to Earth for a few years already. Between my obsession with house plants and needing plants to decorate my client's homes, I am pretty much a frequent flyer there. What impresses me most about this nursery is how knowledgeable all the employees are and how happy they are to share that with you! I send all my friends to them. I highly recommend turning to them for all of your garden related needs!
