I have to say I am just disappointed in the service provided. The request for payments were not addressed accordingly, very aggressive when requesting for funds as if they were afraid I was not going to pay, If i could not afford a pool i would not ask for one and especially a project of this size. The pool pumps and equipment was placed lower then the actual pool. Once the job was completed I paid them in full for what was done, trusting them that they would come back to fill and clean the pool but they never did, waited patiently for over 3 months and still waiting, I might just hire a new company to come and help me now.
A year and a half close to two years waiting process has just been a dreadful experience. I would be cautious with this company all from a monetary, scheduling and attentive services while hiring! DO YOUR RESEARCH IS THE BEST ADVICE.

My husband and I have been wanting a patio/outdoor space for a while now, and we had several initial appointments with different hardscaping companies in NJ and PA. After meeting with Eric Sr one time, we signed on the spot. He thoroughly explained the entire process, and helped us get creative with our design. Cheryl from their office, handled all of our permits, and dealt with the township for us from start to finish.
The staff is very friendly, and always willing to answer calls and questions. There were a few delays due to some rainy weather, but our project is finally complete, and we are thrilled to use our new space for the summer and fall season! We highly recommend you use this company for any outdoor project.

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness Awful, awful, awful! DO NOT use this company! Took 3X's longer than stated, tried charging more than quoted, took shortcuts to finish quicker, work was sloppy, workers sat around more time than actually worked each day. Service: Design

Ghosted me and kept my deposit. Still trying to get it back. Don't know what happened in 2022. It was great when the project was in the planning stages back in Aug 2021. We have been trying to schedule the project since. Everytime we contacted them, it will be scheduled "next week". We were ghosted in February 2022 by their project contact. Have tried contacting the office, but we have gotten the "next week" to be scheduled. Nothing.
In May we got tired of waiting and requested our deposit back. Nothing. Running out of options. Thought I did my research. At least I have all correspondence, texts and phone logs to back up my claim.
