Our primary focus has been in the Commercial and MDOT sectors as a specialty subcontractor providing hydroseeding and site stabilization work. Our mitigation plantings have helped to re-establish the flora and fauna necessary to bring ecological balance in a lot of locations state wide. We have worked with residential sites in The Maine High Peaks Region to provide some creative, naturalizing hardscape and plantings that have stood the test of time.We have scaled back our operations; but will continue to focus on mitigation projects involving natives and stabilization plantings statewide.

Site hardscaping design and instruction to pull together that patio or walkway you've always dreamed of. Hydroseeding is an application of seed, fertilizer, lime, and mulch in a slurry mix that is sprayed out onto a prepared seed bed. The components of the mix can be custom blended for each load, mixed with a sophisticated agitation system into a uniform blend, and then sprayed out hydraulically onto the ground. We can customize a mix for you and apply it faster and more evenly, saving you time and money with better results.
Low Maintenance Lawn Care

A beautiful lawn is surely in the eyes of the beholder. For some, the thought of dandelions or other broadleaved plants within their realm is simply too much. Marketing trends in the landscape industry have picked up on this demand, and created complicated programs that involve fertilizers and pesticides.

Spring Clean up is truly important to help plants develop for optimal show during our short growing and blooming season. If herbaceous perennials have to fight their way up through dead leaves and last year's growth they may be stunted or misshaped. If you did not clip back perennials and shrubs in the fall, it is best to get right out on one of those beautiful early spring days as soon as the snow melts and get clipping! At this time of year, the dead flower heads will be hard to cut, one reason I prefer to do this in the fall.
