A & A Sprinkler System was very responsive. The first technician - Clay - fixed major of my issues - I have not service my system in 13 years. I had to call them to come out again to adjust a few more heads and replace four heads. They were very responsive. Mike came out the second time. I will use them again. Service: Irrigation system repair & maintenance

This is a one man business. He does great work and the price has been very reasonable. Several years ago I was getting ripped off by another sprinkler company for minor repairs. Went on Nextdoor and found A&A recommended. He came and replaced some broken heads and adjusted others heads. I can't remember the cost but was shocked how low it was compared to who I was using previously.

After having repeated problems with our lawn sprinklers, I happened to see A&A in our neighborhood. I decided to call and see if they could stop at my house while in the area. Mike came right over and told us what the problem was. Turns out everyone else didn't want to go to the trouble that Mike did to fix our system correctly. At $85 per hour, it's a bit expensive but we are so happy to finally have the problem corrected. We will continue to use this company from now on.

Service is on time and technician does a great job. My issue is with the office taking 2 weeks to call you back and the overall price. Charged $70 for glue and 2 feet of pvc pipe ($6 at Lowe's) and $85/hour. They do not get approval for services they complete as well. Call them for an issue, they come right out to fix and bill you for $600 plus. All supplies can be purchased for $50 at Lowe's (charged $250 by them).
If cost isn't an issue, I would give them 5 stars. But customer service and pricing integrity could use a lot of work. I asked why they didn't get approval for the job before completing and he said "we called you". - nope

Yes they take too long to get back to you and yes they are back logged on scheduling. However, they do great work for a reasonable price. Had them do a $6000+ job and they completed it on time and at or above my expectations. They did Irrigation, drainage, sprinkler system repair, ground prep and sod.
