We moved into a new construction home that sat on the market for over a year. The builder cut the grass but did not maintain weeds during the year on market. Shortly after moving in our HOA sent us a weed notification. We scrambled pulling weeds for days, weeks, months causing sore backs and finally a neighbor suggested Turfmasters. It has been. over a year of using Turfmasters and what a difference. We have one of the best looking yards on the street and our grass is always soft. I've had no problem with service until yesterday. I had asked to be called before visits so I could be at home to put my dogs inside while they treat the backyard. Every single time the technician has started work on the front yard.every single time they've made a visit. Yesterday I waited all day to hear that the tech was in the front yard so. I could put the dogs inside. (The techs have never bothered to knock to say they were starting.
My dogs have alerted me with barking). Nobody showed up, I received no courtesy call and nobody knocked at my door or rang my doorbell to ask me to put the dogs inside. I called to complain last night. Today I received a phone message -- we did show.

In the three months since TurfMasters took over my lawn care from TruGreen, my lawn and bushes have never looked better. My weeds are gone and the grass is thickening up. Today, after servicing my lawn, they took the time to blow the leaves from my driveway and sidewalk.
