I have no words for how rude the owner of this company was to me on the phone. I registered online at their website for an estimate and she called me back to schedule. When she picked a day I said that would be great but afternoon because two others are coming to give estimates that day as well. She then abruptly said let me stop you there! We will not be a good fit. I said excuse me? Because I was taking bids she did not want the job.

I don't understand being rude? She obviously wanted more business to call me and schedule something but just did not want competition? Tells me a lot about that company. Glad I found out from gate and didn't waste my time with someone that rude. Would have given 0 stars but was not an option. Steer clear with this one! I guess they haven't realized yet that you reap what you sow!

What a disappointment when just talking to the lady on the phone! Told her about the huge landscaping help I needed and she was asking and finding out what day would work for me and she asked about Saturday. I stated Saturday would be fine but it would have to be afternoon because two other Landscapers were coming to give bids on the project that morning. She stated, "let me stop you right there".

I said excuse me? She said we are probably not a good fit. I said why? Do you not want my business? She said well we are out 3 to 4 weeks out. I said I am looking to sign a contract in a couple of weeks and have work done in 6 to 8 weeks but I can see you do not want my business. She did not want to bid a job where others were bidding too? Why? I would pick a higher bid if it was a good layout and was better!

This lady is nothing like anyone I have ever seen or talked to in my 51 years! At least I found out now instead of later when I would have to work details out with this rude woman. She said she was the owner but who knows? I only gave one star because 0 stars was not an option.
