Services
Landscape Design
Our landscape design team creates customized outdoor spaces tailored to client preferences and property characteristics. We specialize in hardscaping elements like patios and fire pits, softscaping with regionally appropriate plants, and functional layouts that maximize usability. Every design incorporates sustainable practices and considers seasonal changes to ensure year-round beauty and practicality. Our process includes detailed planning, material selection, and collaboration with clients to achieve their vision.
Irrigation Systems
We design and install efficient irrigation systems that optimize water usage while maintaining healthy landscapes. Our services include system startups, winterization, backflow testing, and smart controller integration for automated, weather-responsive watering. Hydrawise technology allows remote monitoring and adjustments to reduce water waste by up to 50%. Regular maintenance ensures long-term functionality and resource conservation for residential and commercial properties.
Drainage Solutions
Our drainage experts address water accumulation issues through solutions like French drains, drain tiles, and permeable pavers. We assess site conditions to implement systems that prevent foundation damage, soil erosion, and landscape degradation. Services include regrading, window well installations, and waterway reconstruction to redirect runoff effectively. These solutions protect property integrity while maintaining aesthetic appeal in Northwest Indiana's variable climate.
Lawn Maintenance
Our comprehensive lawn care includes weekly mowing, edging, fertilization, and seasonal cleanups to maintain pristine turf. We use calibrated equipment and customized treatment plans to address soil health, weed control, and pest management. Additional services like aeration, overseeding, and fungicide applications promote dense, resilient grass growth. Regular maintenance schedules ensure consistent appearance and long-term lawn vitality across residential and commercial properties.
Snow Removal
We provide reliable snow plowing, ice management, and sidewalk clearing services for residential and commercial clients. Our team uses commercial-grade equipment to clear driveways, parking lots, and walkways promptly after storms. Deicing applications prevent hazardous conditions, while careful snow relocation maintains landscape integrity. Contracted services ensure priority response during heavy snowfall periods, minimizing business disruptions and maintaining safe access for homeowners.

We had the very old landscape in front of our house redone by RLM. Bri was so helpful designing our plantings. Her suggestions were on point. The crew finished yesterday and we are extremely happy with the results. RLM performed everything in a professional timely manner and kept us informed during the whole process. We would recommend them to anyone needing their services.

I needed a tree to replace the one which was blown down by high winds. I reached out to RLM and within days, I was contacted and appointment set for Brittany to come out, take pics, and answer my questions. The next day, I received pictures of options and estimates. I picked my tree and in a matter of weeks, tree is now installed. I love the attention to detail, quick responses, professionalism by installing crew, and the guidance provided by Brittany. Thank you so much.

My front lawn was almost beyond repair. Weeds had taken over and insects destroyed what was once a beautiful lawn. I was using a different lawn care company at the time. I contacted RLM and they sent out a rep to review the property and damage to the front lawn. I entered into a contract with them three years ago. Today, my front lawn is beautiful and the rest of the property well maintained. Professional, timely, high quality work. I highly recommend them.

The beautification committee of a homeowners association recently met with a representative of the company. He was friendly, informative, and very professional. I'm sure I will use his services in the future even if it doesn't work out for the homeowners association
