I called last Oct.(19)for assistance with a patch of poison ivy in a wooded area ~ too late to treat it last Fall. It Could be done, early Spring. No call from them, I called back the end of April and sent pics of the area I wanted treated. It is now, May 18th, Called today and they still have not treated it nor responded to the end of April emails. The gal working in their office, says she doesn't recall this. (Besides Sending the Pics, in the email, i also asked, if they weretoo busy to do this job for me) So Today, she says she has 430 customer to handle-I reminded her that my request was from last OCTOBER! And, I expressed disappointment in her customer service!
She (Diane) told me to find someone else! Now, I have a last minute poison ivy treatment to find someone else to do! Don't count on this place to meet customer Needs, even if you call 6 months in advance! Horrible office administration!
