Brett and his Lan-De-Con team did an incredible job on our hardscape patio design and install this fall. Brett has a real artistic approach about him that we appreciated in the creative design that he came up with. He asked us a good deal of questions about what we wanted, then he took our requests and custom built a patio underneath our deck and porch for a hot tub, outdoor living space and natural gas fireplace.
His team was very pleasant to work with, completed the project well ahead of their listed timeframe and came in at budget. Their price point seemed very competitive with the other bids we received, and Brett let us visit the landscape supply company to pick out our own stone, fireplace surround and trim. I couldn't speak any higher of Lan-De-Con and see why the Lennar custom homebuilders in our neighborhood have chosen them for their preferred landscape installer. Great job Brett and team. Thank you!

LAN-DE-CON designed and built a fountain for me at the cost of about $3000.00. It worked for a week then failed. LAN-DE CON refused to stand by there poor design and workmanship. Stay away from this contractor. UPDATE, The Owner is the issue. UPDATE, I spoke to a friend last night and they had a similar experience as I did. LAN-DE-CON refused to return communication as soon as there was an issue with the quality of the job they completed at her property. It is sad to see a business like LAN-DE-CON survive when there are companies that actually provide customer service that should be doing the work instead. Beware of this contractor.

The final product was acceptable, but the process to get there was extremely frustrating. Very poor communication and transparency through the process. We were promised things multiple times that didn't get done on time with no follow-up explanations. We had to stay on top of them daily in order to get anything done. If you have options, I would go with someone else.
