Services
Weed Control & Fertilization
Our integrated weed control and fertilization program targets invasive species while nourishing grass with timed-release nutrients. Certified technicians apply pre-emergent and post-emergent treatments seasonally, paired with tailored fertilization to promote root growth and resilience against environmental stressors.
Lawn Core Aeration
This service alleviates soil compaction by removing soil cores, creating pathways for air, water, and nutrients. Improved drainage reduces runoff and erosion while enhancing microbial activity, leading to stronger root systems and healthier turf.
Preventative Grub Control
Our preventative grub treatment stops larvae development before damage occurs. Applied in early summer, this service protects grass roots from destruction, maintaining lawn density and preventing brown patches caused by pest infestations.
Soil Testing & Amendments
We conduct comprehensive soil tests to identify nutrient deficiencies and pH imbalances. Based on results, we apply targeted amendments to optimize soil chemistry, ensuring grass accesses essential nutrients for sustained growth and vibrancy.
Custom Lawn Applications
From small residential yards to large commercial properties, we design customized treatment plans addressing specific challenges. Our scalable solutions include specialized programs for athletic fields, golf courses, and properties with unique soil or vegetation needs.

Over multiple years, Mike and the Team at Lakeland has always been responsive to my lawn care needs. The lawn care treatments have always resulted in my lawn looking great throughout the summer (in spite of my dog's efforts!). It has looked so good over the years that each of my next door neighbors are now Lakeland clients too! They're a great company, friendly and informative regarding any questions I've had in the past. I suggest you hire them to get your great looking lawn too!

I have used this service for 2 years and they are very reliable and are thorough. They notify me by text when they will be doing the service so I can be prepared for their arrival. They have a website where you can pay online and add services. Overall I have been quite happy with the services performed. Service: Lawn mowing & maintenance

Good service overall. We supplement the lawn care with an in-ground sprinkler system (from previous homeowners) and overall a very comfortable lawn on the bare feet. We've gotten compliments too on it. Perhaps one needed area of improvement would be fielding customer feedback. In our recent treatment, the tech was very harsh on the lawn, burning a couple spots (too much spray?) and turning so abruptly on the 4-wheeler as to rip the lawn in half-dozen spots. I reached out 2 weeks ago and no response from them. You can see in my picture how well the lawn looks and the unfortunate repercussions of being too fast/quick in the job.

All my lawns have never looked better. I use to use a name brand and they really did a shabby job. Lakeland has done an excellent job on my rental and personal properties, I highly recommend them! Services: Lawn mowing/maintenance, Weed control
