Critical: Professionalism, Quality Topsoil is junk! They sell "screened" topsoil for $40 per yard plus delivery. They deliver a pile of rock hard clumps, some bigger than a football. Customer service is terrible. When I called they told me it was my fault and that I must have let it get wet. Which is just not the case.
