Services
Soft Washing
Our soft washing technique combines specialized detergents with low-pressure application to safely clean vertical surfaces. This method effectively removes algae, mold, and mildew without damaging sensitive materials. The process includes pre-treatment, detergent application, and thorough rinsing to achieve lasting results while protecting surrounding landscaping.
Roof Washing
We provide ARMA-recommended low-pressure roof washing to extend shingle lifespan. Our process eliminates moss, algae, and debris using garden hose pressure to prevent damage. We protect landscaping during treatment and address moisture-related issues that threaten roof integrity through regular maintenance programs.
Power Washing
Our power washing services use customized equipment with adjustable pressure settings for different surfaces. We offer both cold and hot water options to remove stubborn stains from concrete, pavers, and other durable materials. The system includes water recycling capabilities to minimize environmental impact during large-scale projects.
Paver Cleaning
Specialized cleaning for interlocking concrete pavers using steam and mechanical methods. Our process removes deep-seated contaminants without disturbing sand joints. We use temperature-controlled water up to 200F and custom detergents to restore original appearance while maintaining structural integrity of paver systems.
Paver Restoration
Multi-phase restoration process including repair, deep cleaning, and joint stabilization. We address structural issues before implementing hot water cleaning and polymeric sand replacement. The service concludes with optional sealing to protect against future staining and weed growth while enhancing surface aesthetics.

We are thrilled with the work that Chris/Elegant Estates has just completed for us. From design to implementation to completion, Chris was highly professional and easy to work with. He knew we had a specific date for a special event at our home and made sure to complete the work on time. The plantings are exquisite - and the pavers are perfect. Many friends, neighbors and passersby have commented on the beauty of the new landscaping. One remarked that she had never seen a house receive a "face-lift" as transformative as this one. We are grateful to have found Elegant Estates and highly recommend Chris to you without reservation!

Couldn't be happier with the work done by Elegant Estates. Extremely responsive and worked hard to accommodate us when we had other construction projects change timing and scope of work needed. Then left us with a beautifully restored patio. Can't recommend Chris and Elegant Estates more.

We are in the process of prepping our home to put it on the market and we needed to have it power washed. Our time line was tight and Chris, at Elegant Estates, was incredibly accommodating. Despite his busy schedule, he was able to fit our job in. His soft wash service on our older vinyl siding turned out fantastic and far exceeded our expectations! Chris is friendly, professional, and his work is more than thorough.

Chris Negley and his crew did paver restoration work for us last summer. It was the best home improvement investment we made last year and we continue to enjoy the results! Chris is very knowledgeable, honest, hardworking and fair.
