Report
Designer came to our house, told us he'd have a design for us in 2 weeks or more since he was so busy. Would drop off a catalog for us to pick out materials. We gave him 4 weeks. Nothing. Called three times, no callback. I understand being busy but don't tell your customers you'll do the job for them, then ghost them. Totally unprofessional and set us back 4 weeks.
