Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness Called and never heard back. I really wanted to keep the business local so I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. Called again and got a hold of the owner Mike. Set up an appointment for a Saturday and he never showed.

Very high quality workmanship! We still love our landscaping after 4 years and they actually answer or return your calls if you have questions later. They don't forget about you when the job is done. We're bringing them back for more landscaping ideas!

Sorry to hear about the first reviewer's experience. Hopefully the company used the feedback to offer guidance, if not some sort of corrective action, to their employee. Landscape Evolution has provided excellent landscaping services to me since 2008, from a front sidewalk, to a back patio and hardscaping around a pool area, to all of the traditional landscaping of garden beds. I trust Mike and his team implicitly and if I were to experience something problematic from one of his staff, I'm sure Mike would be responsive. I recommend him frequently to neighbors or anyone who asks about the landscaping around my home.
